West Street Surgery now has a Patient Participation Group!

Working with the group, we are constructing a survey to go out to our patients, on the range and quality of services provided or commissioned by the surgery.

If you would like to complete a survey by email, when it’s available, please leave your name and email address at Reception, or email your name to weststreet.ppg@nhs.net
